Operational Expenses

For all Response: Adaptive (Group) evolutions, we utilize a deposit-based booking system. This allows us to lock in your training dates while providing flexibility for your final student count.

1. Initial Deployment Deposit: $250.00
   • This non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date on the 1791 TAT calendar.
   • This amount is fully credited toward your final invoice.
   • Final Settlement: Your lead instructor will verify your final "Unit" size and curriculum during the 24-hour coordination call. A final invoice for the remaining balance will be issued and must be settled prior to the start of the evolution.
2. All-Inclusive Unit Rates
   • Response Level I: $105 (Includes eCard)
   • Response Level II: $115 (Includes eCard)
   • Response Level III: $110 (Includes eCard)

Group Tiers & Logistics

We offer tiered pricing on tuition to accommodate organized units. 

• Element (2-4): Standard Tuition
• Cell (5-8): 5% Discount per seat
• Squad (9-14): 10% Discount per seat
• Platoon: (15+): 15% Discount per seat

Weekday & On-Site Requirements

• Business Hour Minimums: For training conducted during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 0800–1700), a minimum of 5 students (Cell Tier) is required to book.

• Mobile Training: We can transform your facility into a training center. Travel fees may apply for locations 50+ miles outside of our base.

• Coordination Guarantee: Once your booking is processed, a 1791 TAT lead instructor will contact your Point of Contact (POC) within 24 hours to finalize dates, student rosters, and site logistics.
