THE RESPONSE SERIES
Firearms proficiency is only half of the equation. These courses proivde the critical skills required to bridge the gap between injury and professional medical care, focusing on massive hemorrhage control and life-saving interventions. Training covers advanced resuscitation and immediate first aid for the professional responder and the armed citizen. AHA and American Red Cross certifications are available upon completion.
THE STANDARD: LEADERSHIP
Founded by Eric Stevens, 1791 TAT is built on a decade of disciplined practice, including six years of specialized firearms instruction and three years as a certified medical provider. A dedicated civilian practitioner, Eric has refined his tactical proficiency through multiple GBRS Group Knowledge Transfer Courses (KTC) and holds advanced instructor credentials through the NRA, AHA, and the American Red Cross. His curriculum is designed to bridge the critical gap between 'flat range' shooting and the complex realities of self-defense.
BEYOND THE RANGE
The mission of 1791 TAT is deeply personal. After a life-saving experience performing CPR on his own son, Eric realized that true readiness isn't just about the holster you carry - it's about the skills you possess when someone's life is on the line. Whether you are training for Personal Protection in the Home or learning to manage a traumatic injury. Eric's goal is to ensure every student leaves the line as a responsible, qualified citizen capable of being the difference in a crisis.
