Defects: If your hat arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., holes, structural issues) or an embroidery error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.
Preorder Protocol: Since each 1791 TAT Trucker Hat is produced specifically for your order during this limited window, we cannot offer returns or exchanges due to "change of mind".
